At Discover School, I teach Russian as a foreign language for English speakers and Japanese speakers, and Japanese. At my classes the language always goes side to side with the culture. I have been teaching at Discover School for 2 years now, and I found that online distant learning is very convenient, because the teacher and the student can meet virtually even when they are far from one another - in different countries.
You are welcome to read my articles about education in Ukraine, about the peculiarities of Ukrainian schools, Ukrainian students and foreign students in Ukraine, cooperation between the Ukrainian and American/European schools, universities, etc. I also enjoy learning and writing about idioms and sayings which are frequently used in every-day life and enrich our languages so well.
